  I went to see the patio furniture today. As I entered, I said hello and there was a lady sitting at the counter. She looked at me and did not acknowledge me. She just stared at me. I didn't think much of it. l walked through the store and another employee approached me asking if I needed any help. I asked him if he knew the price for a patio set and said he would go and ask. He never came back so I decided to just leave, but as I was leaving, I saw him and I asked him if he found out what the price was and said, "no, I didn't find it." Their business model is as if they really do not want to sell anything. I'd be surprised if the positive reviews are from real people.

  This is the most wonderful family owned patio and furniture store in ALL of Houston and the area! They are wonderful and I have shopped here for many many years! They have the most unusual items also that you will not find anywhere else! Not only is it furniture, but the accessories for your home are wonderful. I cannot not even express how wonderful the owners and their help are! You need to go!!! For special items and just regular patio and inside the home! You will be amazed at what they have! Quality items! Enjoy!!!

  What a wonderful and fun experience we had buying our new patio furniture this fall. Kelley and her team are phenomenal...when we first walked into the store, she was so friendly and inviting...she actually took the time to determine our needs, wants and desires and needless to say, we walked away with new patio furniture and smiles on our faces. The quality of their furniture and accessories is top notch...You will enjoy their stuff for a lifetime....Bottom line, you get what you pay for....We definitely will be giving them our business in the future...

  Our experience at Houston Home and Patio was absolutely flawless! It is a family owned business and the owners are people you work with...no sales staff who come and go like most patio stores. Kelley and her mom absolutely know everything there is to know about their products right off the top of their heads! They have a dynamic relationship with their vendors and if there are any questions, they will call them directly and have answers for you that very day. We were trying to outfit a renovated pool/backyard area that wasn't completed so that we would have the furniture when it was completed. Kelley worked with us on measurements, dimensions and photos of the construction site and made many helpful suggestions. We feel the result is the most beautiful, comfortable backyard in Houston. We love every purchase we made with them and would not change a single thing!

  I am so impressed with this store and Beverly! I am also one very picky person when it comes to customer service since I am in sales as well. She is Very detailed, patient and extremely helpful. She gave us tons of options and helped us pick the right fabric for our set. We have visited multiple stores within the last few months and haven’t found anything that we liked and sales people have been mediocre. We visited Home & Patio and with Beverly’s assistance, we found what we needed for our backyard. Never felt rushed and she provided options without us even asking. Guided us to make sure we were satisfied with every detail. I am so grateful for her help and worth the 45 min drive from Sugar Land!
