I recently bought a new fireplace from hotspot and had their install team do the labor. Their showroom is always clean and they have many fireplaces turned on so you can feel the warmth. Needless to say I’m beyond happy. By far the nicest employees I’ve worked with, they take their time with you and don’t give “car salesman” vibes. They even were able to save me close to $1000 because they were having a sale! Ask for Dominique! She is so friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! I am now a hotspot customer for life!

I came in to buy some replacement grills, and they asked questions about my grill in order to find out if it was still under warranty, which it was. They told me how to contact Weber to get the replacement parts rather than having me pay for new ones. I didn't end up buying anything, but really appreciate the great customer service and helpful, knowledgeable staff. It's hard to find a place you can trust, so will definitely be looking for my next grill from Hot Spot!

After shopping around, I found Hotspot and safe to say I’m glad I went with them. They did not try to upsell me like most of the other stores did. They gave me the facts, kept it simple, made the process easy & most importantly they made my investment worth while. The Hotspot team really knows what they’re doing.

Looking for adaptor for camping stove, was meet by Rude employee. Tried to sell a propane tank for $50, home depot sells it for $29. Inquired about the adapter told us to go to home depot.

I tried to have these people order a grill from a company that they are listed as a dealer. Everything looked fine at first but surprisingly they did not ask for payment in advance. I made several attempts to contact them via email, their own web site and phone. They did not respond and after 6 weeks I gave up and found the grill on ebay for a price lower than their original quote.
