A technician cleaned our fireplace for $200 which seemed to fix a problem we had. But then he presented a quote for more than $2500 for other work needed and presented picture and videos. I tried getting copies of pictures and video from him to confirm it was our fireplace, as I hadn’t watched him take pictures. He mentioned a noise problem that I’ve never heard. The technician didn’t share his pictures and videos while at my house. After a week or two there was no reply from the company. Very strange. Also they only guarantee labor for 30 days. Am I supposed to pay again if something is wrong? I’ll call someone else next time.

We were very pleased with the installation of our ventless fireplace. Don was great to work with and extremely responsive. If we had any issues, he was our advocate to get questions answered quickly. The workers were all conscientious and professional. The work was well done and they were more than willing to answer any and all questions we had. They were careful to cover up floors to prevent damage and cleanups were very thorough. We really appreciated the effort that they put in to get the hearth custom cut to match the thickness of the old hearth. Highly recommended.
