  Just moved in from NY and needed to get a blower installed for our fireplace. I spoke with Alex regarding the purchase and installation. We’ll to say the least this gentleman, and his company are top notch. After a lengthy conversation regarding blowers he not only guided me on the right purchase but told me where to purchase one. He could have done the job himself but instead told me it’s an easy installation and recommended me to contact this supplier and give it a try myself. It’s not often you find someone who’s not looking for the mighty buck but willing to help a consumer out. It this kind of customer service that gives someone like him an outstanding reputation. There should be more business like this one who goes the extra mile not for themselves but for you, the individual. Needless to say any future fireplace needs I come across I will contact his company and I highly recommend anyone looking for this type of company as we’ll do the same. Thumbs up!

  It was a pleasure working with this company. We contacted two other places that said that our fire could not be fixed. Home fires sent over a technician (Billy), who was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He walked us through how the fire works from beginning to end and fixed the unit with no issues. We will definitely only be working with Home Fires in the future!

  We had Alex install a beautiful firebasket in our prior home and he did an amazing job. Everyone that came to visit commented on how authentic the coals looked. We enjoyed it trouble free for the eight years we lived there. The couple that purchased our house actually commented that they had never seen anything like it! When we purchased our current home I had Alex install firebaskets in all three fireplaces. He couldn't have been more efficient and accommodating and most importantly, they look fabulous! I know there are lower priced options on the market, but none of them compare with the beauty, warmth, and richness of a firebasket!
