  Purchased new gas fireplace and new stacked stone accent wall. Josh and his crew were outstanding. The work was being done at Christmas time and the mantel was delayed by Fed Ex. Fed Ex gave Hearth and Home the run around over the delivery but Josh took matters into his own hands and drove to Ashland, bright and early one morning to pick it up so he could finish our installation. Otherwise, it probably would still be riding around on one of Fed Ex's trucks. That level of service is above and beyond. The finished work is beautiful. Before (right) and After (left).

  Needed a new gas fireplace insert and hearth installed. Hearth & Home Shoppe to the rescue! Josh and the Hearth & Home team were amazing. They were extremely friendly, and professional. Josh sat down and was very informative and helpful when picking out the fireplace unit. Always had constant contact and Josh and the team were always there when I had any questions or concerns. The installation team totally rocked the installation. Super nice, polite, informative and helpful when asked questions during the installation process. If you're in the market for a new fireplace, hearth or maybe both, you can't do any better than Hearth & Home Shoppe. Will definitely be calling again for any future fireplace work!

Josh and the installation team were extremely professional and thorough making sure everything worked correctly, demonstrating usage, and answering my questions regarding operation.
