  Fantastic experience with Home Fire Stove, everyone from the front office to the installation team. Big shout out to Ethan and Preston on the install. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Everything was cleaned and buttoned up after installing our unit and they took the time to diligently answer all our questions. We will definitely be going with Home Fire Stove again for our upstairs unit. Thank you! We love our new insert!

  I got my wood stove installed and Josuè and Ron were my installers. What a great team!!! They knew what they were doing. Mine was a custom install. These guys made it look professional and neat in less than a day! They kept my place clean, they were respectful of my home and animals. They did an amazing custom job on my wood stove. Thank you to both of you. This whole team has been amazing and great to work with. Leah was my sales lady who walked me through each and every step of the way. Thank you to the entire team. Now I can't wait for cold season, but I'm ready!!

  Came in for a recommendation on parts for a fire place, turned out the smart thing to do was get a service call to avoid wasting money. The guy I dealt with was pretty straight forward and I felt like he was competent which makes sense because he was definitely a member of the repto sapien alliance that is controlling the world's heating and fireplace needs. Mind you he was wearing a high quality skin suit that made him look like a middle aged white man but I caught on real quick when he licked his own eyebrow. The lady that I spoke with to schedule the service call was super nice and helpful and knew a lot about the buisness which was great. I knew these people were high integrity when they advised me that the authorized dealer for my model was also in Salem but there competition. I felt like the fellow wanted customer satisfaction over a quick buck. So I used them because it felt like they were honest and competent. These guys were recommended to be by my HVAC people at Day heating and have been in buisness a very long time. In the event that the lizard people can't fix a 30 year old unit I will buy from these people because they stand by what they sell and are a small buisness and not a mega corporation trying to shrink wrap the world. When they great battle comes thru might even side with the human race and not use us all for feeder mice. I have spoken and this is the way.

  I am excited to share how happy I am for my new Valor Portrait Gas Fireplace! Josue and Ron arrived At 9:30 AM and worked tirelessly until 6:30 PM installing this unit. They were under my house, in a very small crawlspace, connecting to natural gas. They were in my attic and on the roof while it was raining so they could vent the unit. These two wonderful men worked long and hard. The job went flawlessly and successful. They cleaned up the job and explained to me everything I needed to know. Thank you. I have to compliment Leah as well, she was everything I needed in a salesperson! She took the time to explain how everything would work ahead of the installation. The turnaround time was minimal from the time I ordered the fireplace until it was installed. All of the three employees I have mentioned were great! I am extremely happy with the service from Home Fire Stove. I would recommend them wholeheartedly and I give them an A+.

  Josh sherbaugh was great to work with. He was running ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come early which I very much appreciated. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything he was doing to fix my fireplace which was interesting to learn. I would recommend him to others.
