his company supplied me with a gas fireplace back in 2022. From the date of installation, It has never worked for more than a couple weeks at a time - it appears now that something about the unit drains the remote batteries. We have been complaining to the company since 2022, through our builder, and the company has sent a third party each time for a service call, none of which have fixed the problem. When I sought reimbursement pursuant to the warranty - the warranty continues in a situation like this in which a problem identified during the warranty period is never corrected, they simply ignored me and my builder, neither returning calls nor emails. Avoid this company at all costs! I have had a terrible experience with them. Next stops: reports to the FTC, the NY AG and the BBB. - Shelley S.

This company is listed as a trade pro source. Avoid them at all costs. Their service and follow through is terrible. They lack accountability for their non-existent communication that delays progress on a job for weeks. They pass the buck and don't deserve to work with the trade. Buy from anywhere else.

I have purchased 5 fireplaces from this company over the years, 3 in my new home. Most are wood burning, and they are a great company for wood. However, this new home has a Town and Country indoor/outdoor gas unit. Not cheap, btw, $15,000. I have had 12 service calls on this unit in the past 10 months of occupancy; finally 12 was a good number to get it working correctly; just working was a relief. Today, after lighting nicely 5 times during the last month, no flame. I have called for service call #13. They are very nice people, but no one should spend this kind of money and have a clunker of an operation like this. A lemon perhaps? Should key parts be replaced? It is not a very complicated setup -- why cant it work correctly? What say, Bill?
