We love HomCo. They are so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. They make every project go so much smoother. We replaced the window screens in our home. They had all the tools and parts in stock and made the project easy and very affordable. The fastener quality and selection is wonderful. You are a treasured member of our community. Thank you!

My hubby and I LOVE this place!! We've never had a bad experience here. The people are super helpful and are really good at helping us find what we need no matter how difficult the task. This place is literally one of our favorite places in Flagstaff and definitely our favorite hardware store! ♥️ Thank you to all the staff!! 🤗

The product I needed was priced at double what Home Depot charges. The employee didn’t believe I had bought the same item for half the price at HD and said he would price-match it if I brought in the receipt. I went to my car, got the receipt, and brought it back — but he didn’t even look at it. He just told me he wouldn’t match the price because it was “below his cost.” He wouldn’t tell me what his actual cost was or how much of a discount he could offer. Instead, he told me to go back to Home Depot. I’ve always enjoyed shopping here and have spent a lot of money over the years, even though HD is cheaper and has a better return policy. But today I definitely wasn’t treated like a valued customer.

So far things are looking fairly poor. Sunday morning: Left my new stihl saw with the certified stihl saw shop they have there at homco because the thing quit on me after 2.5 months. I felt confident they could handle the repair because there were at least 4 employees busy at work behind the counter. I was told it would be a day or two until they could get to it. Monday morning: That is why I was so surprised to recieve a phone call after only 24 hours from a very attentive employee named Sam. She was updating my warranty info and had a number of questions for me. I provided answers and was told they would be diving into diagnose my saw next. I couldnt have been happier, employees working to earn the money I pay them. Dare I say maybe even making the extra effort to go above and beyond and help with my warranty. Oddly I waited but never received a call back all day long and again the next day. Tuesday: I called concerned that they didnt have any answers after 2 full days of hard work. Spoke with my gal Sam who explained that actually despite what she previously told me nothing had been done with my saw. You see the "tech" left early and then didnt come in the next day either. Appearantly all of those earnest employees working behind the counter were just acting and Sam just answers phones and tells tall tales to customers. The one thing that none of them do is know how to fix a saw. Guess it's just where the cool kids like to hang out, lucky me! From the best I can tell their wasn't a mechanic there Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and we will have to see about Wednesday. So assuming my saw is not the first in line I will be lucky if a mechanic even touches my saw for an entire week. I say 1 week, she says 1 day, what's the difference? Lets not split hairs, lol! So we will see how this pans out but so far I am dissapointed and the future looks grim.

When we purchased a home in Flagstaff, I was delighted to discover HomCo! In store experience was absolutely wonderful—-but— then I needed help with 2 fireplaces which were not working. I went up their fireplace service desk… paid in advance for a service call. Technician came an hour late…. Said they needed to order parts and that’s the last I heard. I returned a few months later…. Parts were never ordered and I was told the technician ran out of time and never even checked the second non-working fireplace. I went to the store to try & resolve the problem- was told I needed to pay in advance for the parts- gave a credit card-am still waiting for help. Everyone there is great/ but I couldn’t recommend their fireplace division
