Been working with Holtzman Propane for a very long time and have always had a great experience. We just had a new propane stove installed and their team was amazing as usual. They helped us to understand the thermostat and how to clean the glass properly and the team even followed up to make sure we were pleased with performance after the fact. Excellent customer service. Switched Propane providers companies after a decade of bad service, and couldn't be more pleased with all of interactions with Holtzman so far. The crew that came out to bury the new tank was surgical in their work, and left the yard in fantastic shape. They handled all of the coordination with the county, and made sure we were never at risk of being without heat or hot water. Every conversation I've had with Holtzman representatives, from the crew running the excavator and connecting the lines, to the office, to Todd (when he personally called to check on how the process had gone) has been professional, courteous, expedient and transparent.
