  I am shocked this place is in business! Scheduled repairs on a commercial tool weeks ago. Basic repairs and was guaranteed it would be done within the week and picked up the next Monday. I followed up when dropped off then just reached out Friday….. They Haven’t Even Touched It!!!!!!

  If you've been here you probably will have no desire to go anywhere else for your mower and other equipment needs. They've been around for years and that speaks volumes in itself. Friendly, knowledgeable, family run business. I'm kind of a no nothing type of person when I'm trying to explain what I need and don't do a very good job of explaining lots of times. They're patient and always able to speak my language. Just take in your model number & serial number and begin describing the problem. They'll figure it out with you and I appreciate that. I didn't even but the mower there and they were still do helpful. Having said that, next mower I do buy will come from Hoffman's.

  Horrible repair service. My mower has been there for 3 months. Haven't touched it and lying about what is going on. On top of that no one answers the phone or calls me back.

  The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. They had exactly the part I needed for my Echo gas trimmer. It's customer service and small town friendliness the way it's supposed to be in America.

  I bought a echo 225 GT SF Grass trimmer and I purchased it there because of the price. After arriving there I found out how many years they were in business so they are doing things right. They made sure my weed eater started before I took it home which I very much appreciate.
