The owner cussed me out because he said "I made him drive out to my home to fill my tank." We are under a very severe ICE STORM and the roads are icy so he felt like "I MADE HIM" I advise that he could have simply called and said they would come back when the roads cleared. I also advised him that his dispatch told him to deliver and not me! Before he hung the phone up he said "I'm the F-ing owner you F-ing A--HOLE and drove away! Not to metchent all of the profanity he used at the beginning of are conversation. We have TWO babies and we desperately needed the fuel due to the cold weather. I also requested the gas on Feb 08th 2021 and not waited until the last minute to request my tank to be filled. Today is Feb 12th 2021. Use VAPO as this guy has lost his marbles.

I got tired of waiting on theit competitor to c all me back. What would have taken them 16 days, Hill Country Propane did it in 2! I was very happy with their response time and service. Kudos to HCP!
