  High’s was recommended to us by our roofing company Seneca Creek. Matt and company arrived right on time and even had little booties to cover their shoes in my house! We walked on the inside and the outside to get a sense of where a leakage might be coming from. The roofers told me to have the chimney examined. High’s listened to EVERYTHING! They were so polite and helpful. They were friendly and as we were walking around the house, I asked them about another brick problem with our front steps. No problem, said Matt. Within 15 min, they had checked out my chimney, and prepared an entire proposal for me, including the additional front steps project. Matt said that his team could get it all done in one day. He answered all my questions. He sat down with me and went through the proposal line by line. We discovered that we graduated from the same high school except that Matt is much younger! Guess that’s why he is on the roof and not me! Matt and I set a date for the work in about 3 weeks. The price is reasonable. But this is just icing on the cake for High’s as they are in the latest Best Picks in 2025 for Montgomery County Home Services Guide. I’m not the only one who likes High’s! So glad I called!   I had a great experience with High’s Chimney Service from start to finish. The office girl, Melissa, was absolutely wonderful, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful in getting my chimney inspection scheduled quickly and at a time that worked for me. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Zach, the technician who came out for the inspection, was equally impressive. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He took his time during the inspection, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions without rushing. I really appreciated his honest and thorough approach—he made sure I understood the condition of the chimney and what my options were moving forward. If you’re looking for a company that’s professional, communicative, and genuinely cares about doing things right, I highly recommend High’s Chimney Service. Great team, great service!

  High’s Chimney Service was amazing!! The person that did the estimate and evaluation was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He walked me through everything he saw and was very informative. Made me feel confident in picking High’s to do the final work. The team that came in (scheduled and completed 2 days after estimate was done!!) was amazing. They got right to work and were so efficient and clean. Before I knew it, the work was finished and not a thing out of place or dust in my living room. Would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!

  UPDATE: Before and after photos posted. They did a great job. Replaced 5 layers of brick on the chimney, replaced brick on shoulder of the chimney, replaced cap and waterproofing on the entire chimney completed. I did see photos from the top I just don’t have them to post. ~ Donna K. Tyrone was absolutely wonderful! As a first time home owner, I don’t know much about anything when it comes to home repairs. He was patient and friendly answering all of my many questions and definitely made me comfortable with the fact that the job will be done professionally and will be done right. When getting ready to leave he noticed the trash had been collected and without me even asking, he went and brought them in for me. (The cans were not behind his vehicle) Thank you Tyrone and I will provide another review once the job is completed. ~Donna K.

  Could not be more pleased with my new wood burning fireplace. First off, the Project Manager, Chris, was incredibly transparent and kind. Always available to answer any questions. His team was always on time and finished earlier than their protected finish date. The fireplace was installed in a unique boutique carriage house and i was very nervous about this project ruining the charm but it upgraded the uniqueness. Great job. Look nowhere else.
