  Jeremy at hibernation was fantastic! From the moment we first walked into his showroom in arnold he was super attentive and really knowledgeable. I appreciated that he didn't pressure us into more expensive models but really listened closely to our needs and suggested the best hot tub for us. Now we have the perfect hot tub on our beautiful deck in the forest. Jeremy and his team took care of all the installation and made sure to not cause any damage at all. We left him the keys and simply came back to a perfectly working absolutely beautiful hot tub. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. Thank you, jeremy! 10/10.

  We hired Hibernation to replace our woodstove door seals (top and front), clean the flue pipe and reseal the storm collar seal on the roof (at our family cabin in Dorrington, Ca). All I can say is WOW! The service tech they sent out was named Austin. He was on-time, polite, knowledgeable and patient. The stove has not looked so good in years! He did a meticulous job - spent nearly four hours on the job. Was very careful to cover the stove while cleaning the flue to prevent any ash or soot from getting on the carpet. Left the area clean as a whistle. I could not be more pleased! Even made sure to tell me that if there was a problem with any of the new door seals when we use the stove/when the weather changes to just give them a call (although no problems are anticipated). I will definitely use Hibernation again and recommend them for sure! Thx so much Austin (and Jeremey back at the store), for a job well done!   We had Hibernation Stoves in Arnold remove our old wood stove and install a new one, and they did a fantastic job. We gave them our door code so they could take care of everything while we were out, and the whole process was seamless. The new stove works perfectly and is way more efficient. Super professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with—highly recommend them!

  Jeremy and team were wonderful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to work with me to remove the old stove, were very proactive with options for the new fireplace, and communicated well around what installation would look like so there weren’t any surprises.   We had our wood burning stove cleaned by Austin from Hibernation. He did a great job for us and was a total professional. Reasonable fee, called as he was heading to our home and did a great job of cleaning up. Highly recommend our local service provider!
