Craig was great to work with. We had a gas log fireplace that needed to be cleaned out. He came in and did a great job. Discovered a gas leak that we had no idea about and we were very thankful to get that fixed. He also is very reasonable and considerate about the pricing. Does the right thing and looks out for the customer. Will absolutely use him in the future for any fireplace needs.

Craig was very thorough and helpful. He did a very thorough cleaning and inspection of our older gas fireplace and corrected some aspects of the set-up that he noticed were off. Before leaving, he had each of us go through each step of the process - turning off the gas, lighting the pilot light, etc., to make sure everyone was comfortable operating the gas fireplace.

Craig was very professional and efficient. The fireplace was clean without making any type of mess to the room. Clearly explained what repairs were needed, cost, and urgency of the repairs. Already scheduled for the repairs and the fireplace will be ready for the holidays!! I would highly recommend this company for their services. Our gas logs were inoperative and filled with odd clinker deposits. Craig came in and made everything right, not only repairing what was necessary, improving the performance of our logs. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Could not be happier with his work. Thanks.

I would highly recommend this company. I had moved into a new home and had issues getting the gas log fireplace operational. I called Heritage, and a tech from the residential fireplace division was able to work me in very quickly and got me the help I needed to coach me on how to get it operational. Some time later I was still having issues, and that tech had left the company, but Heritage very graciously sent another tech without charge to help me "finish the job." He was extremely knowledgable and not only found my issue but explained thoroughly my entire system. I really appreciated Heritage's desire to help me rather than just make extra money!
