  Extremely poor service. I had a gas log set installed into our fireplace. Their contractor was TERRIBLE. Blew off 2 appointments with no calls. I had to help him run the pipes and when he came through the fire block from the garage he didn’t even attempt to hide the pipe! Now every time I turn it on I have to stare at this monstrosity of poor craftsmanship. Tried calling the store and all I got was “oh that’s our contractor you have to work it out with him”. Great if the guy actually called back!?!

  So Heritage and company have know about this defect for over a month now and only after I posted a review did I hear back from any of them I will post my actually communications from them --- sad when you spend over 4 thousand dollars and once the sale is made no one cares there is zero customer service I texted what my idea of customer service actually and crickets not another word. I will be taking this to the BBB, Pacific Energy directly and perhaps the attorney's general -- they tell I to shop local so we can get screwed locally I guess

  While I am satisfied with the new fireplace we bought, the fact that it took 11 months to get it installed was unacceptable. Their contractor, Matt, routinely lied about when he should show up to do the work and ignored phone calls and messages. He had also told us he would install a new mantle and at the last minute decided he didn’t want to do it, so we had to scramble to try to find someone else. In good conscience, I can’t recommend using Heritage unless you are in no hurry to get the job completed.

  Made a call and the owner had their representative show up for an estimate. We were not fully convinced on the estimate and design offerings from the at home rep. Still, very pleased that Heritage took the time to show up and offer advice and options. ultimately we decided to go with another company, based on design and functionality, not service or salesmanship. Thank you for your time

  After much consideration I must leave a bad review. We purchase 2 logs from this place. Only one was install and the second one was not. now we are stuck with an extra set of logs that no one will install. thats not counting the miss communication between the store and the installer, after purchasing we where told we need 10k worth of chimney work. When try to return the second set of logs the owner refuse to refund and the installer simply left the boxes on our front porch. The only reason we bough from this place was to support a local business, sadly a small place like this do not care. the one log set that was instal works great and that the reason for the 2 stars.
