I was having some issues with my woodstove and talked with Shaun the owner about possibly getting a new one. Instead of trying to sell me something right away, he took the time to give me a few ideas to troubleshoot the stove I already have. I really appreciated how much time he spent helping me out. I haven’t had a chance to try the fixes yet, but I think my stove will be just fine. If I do end up needing a new woodstove, there’s no question where I’ll go. It’s rare these days to get that kind of knowledge, honesty, and care.

My home's gas fireplace was installed by Heritage Fireplace Shop in 1996. The brand of fireplace no longer exists, so I was concerned about finding parts and service for it when it recently stopped working. However, Heritage sent out a very competent repairman and he got it working quickly. He gave a great explanation of normal operation and regular maintenance of the stove and left everything very clean. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the repairman arrived at the scheduled time. I highly recommend this company.

While I had some early communication gap challenges (just knowing status of my order), I was impressed with their fireplace options, and they did an amazing job on the install, going above and beyond in dealing with some special challenges of my house that included solar panels on my roof, and radiant heat in my floors).

This shop has been amazing. We bought a wood burning stove from them 3 years ago and have been having issues with it. The manufacture was not willing to address the issues so at their own cost Heritage gave us a brand new wood burner and installed it! It’s so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. Heritage is one of those companies. Thank you Shaun for all your help!

We are very happy with our stove but the only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because the process to decide which stove worked for our house was a little cumbersome. We picked out a stove but then weeks later was told that wouldn't work for our space, despite the stove being offered as an option. We ended up getting one that we like for our space and it has been wonderful. The install team was great to work with, very happy overall.
