  Responsive, no-nonsense, professional, and thorough. Needed a custom-sized chimney chase cover fabricated and installed. After getting numerous quotes, I chose Chuck and Winston’s Chimney primarily based on recommendations from other roofing companies, noting their ability to fabricate in-house. Samuel and Jorge arrived promptly, were mindful of my home, and clearly knew their trade well. Samuel especially went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and ensured everything was installed properly, sharing before-and-after photos without hesitation.   We are so happy with our Winston's Chimney Services for our gas fireplaces of which we have two. We knew nothing about them when we bought the house and Todd and Marcus knew everything. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will be calling to have them come back next year!

  The guys at Winston were great. They did a two-day job on time and within budget. Johnny did the initial evaluation and gave us a thorough breakdown of what we needed and why. He answered all my questions and followed up to make sure the work had been scheduled. He also stopped by during the work to make sure everything was going well and followed up the next day as well. The guys doing the job were excellent! Jonathon was the lead and was easy to work with and very professional. He, Angel, and Jorgue worked hard to ensure our interior stayed impeccably clean and worked with our dog and another contractor in the house at the same time. I highly recommend Winston!

  Brennan H, Daniel C, Jason and Jose have serviced my chimney requirements so far. Brennan and helper (on 12/23/25) installed liner and patched holes, replaced crown, did masonry repair. Jason and Jose came back on 1/8/26 to finish up the job of the chimney work. Left to be done is gas log installation scheduled for 1/19/26. We have been very pleased with all the techs and tech helpers on this job. They are all professional, polite, respectful and thorough. They all deserve a 5-star rating.

  I wanted to let you know of the EXCELLENT service Samuel, Jorge and Josue did during a recent storm damage work that required re-lining of my chimney’s flue and repair of the brick crown at my home on Wolftrap Run Road in Vienna, VA. The crew arrived on time both days, explained the work they were going to do, did a great job setting up and taking down the scaffolding, ladders, tools and materials, and left the work site cleaner than they found it. The three guys were very polite, courteous, and very, very hard working. I would definitely recommend Winston for any chimney service or repair. I almost forgot, the guys were very safe and used the appropriate PPE and fall protection. Nice job!!!!
