Couldn’t have had a better dealing with Henges, called and had a quote the same day. Was contacted the following business day for scheduling and they actually came the following day to insulate. Great commendation and fair priced. Workers were courteous and the final product looks awesome!

We got 3 fireplaces from Hinges when we built and their prices beat the other guys by a ton! They were easy to work with on install as well as call-backs for the punch list. Today I was having trouble dismantling fireplaces to clean them, and Cyndi at the front desk took the time to walk me through, and even had me send pictures to her personal cell so she could help me. She could have easily had me make an appointment for a service call a month from now, but she didn’t. I highly recommend these guys!

As a builder, Henges is our preferred insulation company. Larry and Doug make scheduling a breeze. Their installers show up on time and ensure there are our houses are insulated to meet energy efficiency standards time after time again. Their crews are professional and trustworthy. If you're needing any sort of insulation solution, I highly recommend you give them a call.

First experience with this company years ago was good. Had a rep come out last winter and paid $200 to find air leakage within the home. Indicated he could correct the situation and would send us the results. Two weeks later said he couldn't help. Followed up four times to get the results in writing and all I got was a promise each time until I finally gave up.

I called and it took a week for someone to call me back after I called a second time. Eventually, a manager showed up, took pictures and measurements, said we would have a quote in 3 days or so for our wood burning stove. 3 weeks later nothing, I called him and he said "Oh, I gave your info to a more local person, we are so busy, he didn't call you? I will reach out to him again" So far, no one has contacted me, wasted 6 weeks with winter on the way and no heating for my home. It must be so nice to have so much work you can simply blow people off...irony of it all, I found them as they were recommended by my boss.
