We bought the units 3 months ago and its having issues from day 1 I been talking to heatcraft couple of times but unfortunately they were not able to help even thier tech support guys are so rude. I spoke with warranty section and same thing they are useless. My suggestion is never ever go with heatcraft its useless. Or you can forget your warranty as soon as you bought it. They wont help you with anything

Bohn, and by extension Heatcraft, does not honor their warranties. If something goes wrong with a product they will deny responsibility and shrug costs back onto the customer. Do not give them your money.

Units break after 12 months warranty. For the long-term operation, we suggest looking for another provider.
