We had another company look at the fireplace who suggested replacing the whole unit. I am so glad that we contacted Heartland. Scheduler was great to work with. Communication with this business is very good. Travis explained what he was doing and why. He had the fireplace up and running quickly and assured us there was no need to replace the unit. I would highly recommend them for having a fireplace serviced.
