  Installation was a bit delayed but when the technicians showed up the work was quick and efficient. The wrong size gas logs had been ordered, but they went back and got the proper size. The technicians were very skilled and explained the job and how the logs work completely. I was told as soon as the propane was hooked up they would return and insure the gas logs worked properly. I highly recommend this company.

  I couldn't be happier with my wood stove. The people at the Cleveland location were very nice and accommodating. I've had my stove for about 4 months now and it's helped keep our house warm. It came in handy when we had a power outage and it kept us warm and we were able to cook food on it. The install guys were the best. They honestly were the best experience because they treated my stove/home as if it were their own and I could tell watching them install it. Andrew was great the whole way through.

  These guys are doing a great job, Kobe Hooker and his partner Made their second visit after the initial install of the stove. They got the measurements for the cap. Instructed us on what to paint to help match the Rock work. They also worked with us on some concerns/questions we had. Great professional group of people. Highly recommend them. Thanks

  The technician arrived on time, removed his shoes, and came in with his equipment in a backpack. He spread a quilt in front of the fireplace to catch any debris that would come from the fireplace while he worked, cleaned and adjusted our fireplace equipment, and inside of an hour he had the fireplace working appropriately. He removed his quilt and his tools and left. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and very friendly and courteous. This was a very good experience, and we would use them again. The only comment I would make is that it was kind of expensive. He was here for one hour, and did not have to replace any parts. I have to admit there was a bit of sticker shock involved at the price.

  The crew did an excellent job installing our wood burning stove. Kept a really clean space, and very nicely assembled and constructed. Aligned perfectly to fit into our interior space. Did a great job overall. Thanks.
