Shawn helped me replace a very poorly installed wood burning stove with a beautiful, efficient LP stove. He knew exactly what would work best, ordered everything, and quickly refunded me for the pieces that weren’t needed. Shawn at Hearthside Fireplace and Stove went out of his way, above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From the first time we walked in to see him when we were shopping for a stove, until the installer left our driveway, Shawn was there every step of the way. Hearthside Fireplace & Stove is a great place to learn about and purchase a gas fireplace. Shawn was terrific in showing me the various models and options, and explaining the benefits of each. We ended up selecting a Fireplace Xtrordinair 864 and couldn't be happier. Installation, service and responsiveness have been great. It is super easy to use and looks like a wood fire. If you are in the market for a fireplace I highly recommend stopping in and speaking with Hearthside.
