  Josh, Carol and team were the best to work with and we cannot be more happy with our wood stove installation! After hitting some challenges with maintaining an existing fireplace, we decided to do some research on getting a wood stove instead and were so pleased with the amount of information and resources Hearthside was able to provide. Josh was always available to answer my many questions as we reconfigured the hearth and the team that came out for the actual install was exceptionally detail oriented, friendly and clean. Thank you Josh and team, we have been loving all the heat our wood stove is providing!

  Hearthside was very customer friendly.We originally purchased a display model of an electric fireplace at a large discount. When we got it home and installed it, we didn't really liked it. We were dubious that we would be able to return it, but when we called, Sharon said "No problem". We didn't have to go into a long song and dance about our reason; she just accepted that we wanted to return it. We did upgrade to a much nicer electric fireplace that we greatly enjoy. I would definitely shop there again, even though there is a very nice fireplace shop closer by.

  THIS place is the best!! Lee Marshall and the entire team at Hearthside helped me purchase my new Harman Allure 50 pellet stove every step of the way!! They are a no pressure place, extremely responsive to any questions, pull the appropriate permits for the installation process. Installation team is phenomenal and installed the stove seamlessly. This place has you covered from start to finish and beyond! I didn’t know much about pellet stoves but they educated me on which stove to choose and the options available for the stove I choose. So if you’re thinking about buying a stove or insert go here and Lee and the team will help you out! 10 out of 10!!!

  I'm a roofer, and in the past, I've had a hard time finding heat stack flashings. I have been going to hearthstone now for a couple years. They're always well stocked. They're very knowledgeable. Sharon and Lee are more than helpful highly recommend coming here. If you're a contractor or even a homeowner, looking for any components or even a new wood stove.
