Terrible service over the phone. Struggled to tell me what has in stock; refused to share pricing or timing if I ordered a unit that they are a dealer for; insisted I had to come in person (I live 1.5hrs away). This isn’t a car I shouldn’t have to come in and get haggled. Also generally terrible attitude and demeanor.

Lousy customer service They never told me after the deposit I had to pay up in full not even when they cancelled my install at 9 pm the night before . They never ever mentioned paying In full before the stove gets put in . I went months without hearing from them so I made my own appt with installer yet they never called me to say pay up . They knew I had the appt They cancelled it the night before due to no payment . They are very rude and forget people actually take vacation days to deal with them Installation day and there’s no propane conversion kit something that’s pretty basic with any stove . Nobody at the store knows what this is so the installer has to go back to the store to get one . Lol ridiculous that you have people there who know nothing about stoves when that’s what you sell . Plus you told me I would need a hole in my house to move the stove pipe . Wrong again it didn’t need to be moved. So all the salesman’s figures and measurements didn’t work very well . We spoke over email a lot so you could have shot me an email about payment very easily yet you didn’t . I had no phone calls from you except the night before installation five min before closing. So I still say your customer service isn’t up to par when you don’t include all the stove parts installation day .
