Lee and his associate Chris replaced the rusty & broken wood fireplace at my Alligator Point beach house. It was a difficult job. They had to open both exterior and interior walls and carry very heavy boxes over stairs and through tight corners. I was amazed at Lee's skills, not just in removing & installing bulky & super heavy fireplaces, but also opening & closing the walls, and working on the roof installing a new chimney. Lee truly offers an end-to-end solution, whereas other quotes we got outsourced wall and roof work to framers and roofers, which would have dramatically increased cost & complexity of the job. I am glad I went with Lee, who did the entire job himself. I'd give Lee 10 stars if I could.

This place really delivers when it comes to product knowledge, pricing and service. We went in asking about odor free gas fireplace logs. We left with an understanding of size, style and ratings, and three estimates in hand. We called 2 days later with our choice, and less than 2 weeks later our new logs were installed. Give Tammy a call. You won't regret it.

I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable , I purchased a new set of propane fire logs and burner. We encountered a problem and it was resolved by the owner. They care about our safety and provide excellent service. I would buy from them again. This is the kind of service that is hard to find today, well done

I had a very positive experience with this company. Lee was very nice and easy to get in touch with, and the technician (Delano) was wonderful. He corrected an issue with the wire in my gas fireplace instead of trying to sell me a remote for the fireplace (that I really didn't need or want). His honesty is what prompted me to write this review. He also helped fix a broken log in my gas fireplace. He was very thorough and got both of my fireplaces working beautiful for the cost of a service call. I will definitely be using this company again for any fireplace needs.
