  My husband and I purchased a ventless gas fireplace a year ago. It worked perfectly. A couple months ago, it would not ignite. We called Hearth & Patio and spoke with Eric. He asked me to email the details and pictures of what our issue. He immediately called in our warranty information, he ordered the necessary, and when the parts arrived, had Randy come out quickly to replace the components that were not working. The fireplace is now in great working order! During this entire process, Eric and Randy were very professional and were always extremely responsive. Thank you so much for getting our fireplace working again! We would recommend Hearth & Patio to anyone wanting to purchase a gas fire place.

  I cannot thank Hearth & Patio enough for their great service. We purchased new logs for our gas fireplace and product and service was great. In addition we had a coupler go out and pilot wouldn’t light. Both Matt and Eric came right out different times and when we had it go out again Eric came by replaced and didn’t even charge us. Thanks for the outstanding service

  We had them come to our house to inspect the old gas fire logs and replace the embers. One fireplace had very old logs that were crumbling apart. They ordered us new ones. Everyone we worked with were very knowledgeable, polite and super helpful! It was a great experience!

  I really cannot recommend H&P highly enough, and there are VERY few businesses I can honestly say this about. I bought new fireplace doors from Brian, and he has been a dream to work with. He recommended quality doors that were reasonably priced, and did the installation. Didn’t bat an eye when I asked him to also install a blower on my (wood burning) fireplace that I had ordered from a company in the upper Midwest. Came back and adjusted the doors after I had used them for awhile. Ordered new screen for the fireplace when I decided I was not satisfied with the original, came and installed them. All the adjustments for little or no extra charge. Most businesses you can barely get anyone to answer the phone (and if you do most of the time you get “dial one for nonsense, dial two for more nonsense…) but H&P has, in my opinion, quality products, reasonable prices, and unsurpassed customer service. Thank you Brian and H&P!

  I have been to the Knoxville store twice, emailed twice, and called twice. I still haven't gotten the information that I've needed. I believe that their products are over priced. They tried to sell me on how complex the job would be. I've been in the construction industry for over 50 years and know it not that complicated. I just wanted a good product at a fair price. Not a sales pitch.
