  My husband and I spent months searching for the perfect hot tub. Hearth & Homes had exactly what we were looking for and at the best price. The hot tub was delivered within a week of purchasing and we have enjoyed it every since. We cannot say enough about their Customer Service. Both Pat and Chris have been great answering any of our questions. We highly recommend Hearth and Homes.

  I am so happy with the work that Hearth and Home did for the gas fireplace that I inherited from previous owners. My remote had stopped working with the receiver, even after I changed batteries. I gave Hearth & Home a call, and was asked if I also wanted a cleaning, along with help with the remote. That sounded like a good idea. I was given a quote, and we made arrangements. Two fellas showed up on the appointed day, and not only fixed up my remote issue and cleaned up the interior of the fireplace, they also took the door frame off and repainted it so that it would look brand-new, and added "embers" to the existing ceramic logs, so that the fire itself would look more beautiful. The glass panel was also cleaned to crystal clear clarity. The whole thing is GORGEOUS. And it cost much less than the quote I was given. I look forward to doing more business with this stellar company!

  I normally don't write reviews but I felt I had to this time. My story starts with a huge mistake by not coming to Hearth and Homes first during my wife and I searching for a new gas fireplace insert. We went with a different store and turned out to be a huge mistake! I called Hearth and Homes on a Friday explaining to them my story and ended up going in person on Saturday Oct. 19th and saw their wonderful display of inserts. I asked if by any chance I could get the insert installed by Halloween? The Salesman said he will have the owner Pat call me later to see. Well Pat called and came right out to our house and did a measurement of our firebox and in the basement for the gas line and showed us what he recommended. I asked if by any chance we can get this installed by Halloween because my wife and I Just became grandparents a our granddaughter was going to be at our house for the night and wanted installed. He said he will do his best. Well it's Oct 30th and I am writing this review the day after the install. So Thank You So Much Pat! Now onto his installation crew. I wasn't home for the install because of work but my wife works from home so she was able to be home. My wife couldn't stop talking so highly of his crew from the time I got home and went to bed. She told me how professional the crew was and meticulous they were. They laid down tarps in the living room and they used the side door to enter into the basement instead of tracking any dirt inside the house. They cleaned up every spec of dust they made and when they finished explained in detail the different functions the insert had and she felt appreciated how they talked to her because of not knowing anything about the insert she didn't feel dumb. She also said how much they appreciated the extra help our Yellow Lab Molly helped with the install. We enjoyed our insert last night so much and even though its going to be close to 80 degrees this year for Halloween We have the rest of the winter to enjoy it. So Thank You Pat for everything if I could give you 10 stars I would! And when my wife and I decide to upgrade our pool or hot tub we will be back!!

  I've been coming to Pat, for over 15 years. He and his brand, is the absolute best. With respect to his product, price, and customer service. I shop no where else period.The very first time, I came in his store. He gave me his cell phone number. In case, I had an issue wth anything. I belive in Pa,t and his staff, because he is a decent human being. Plain and simple!
