Have owned a Harman Advance pellet stove for 15 years. No real problems till now. Have been trying ton get a Harman service person come out and look at the stove. Harman does not offer any customer service support. Virtually impossible to get an authorized harman dealer to service their product. If I need a new pellet stove, doughtful if it will be a Harman based on NO customer service

This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. We had a new Hrman installed 24 hours ago and there is a big safety concern ( Manufacturers defect) . After being insulted by customer service ( I have names) I requested multiple times to speak with a manager and I was told no. I then said that if anything happens to my family or my home that Harman is responsible and she said, well we have insurance. Again, I`m requesting that a manager reaches out to me. Haraman "Built to a standard, Not to a price" Yeah, you might want to rebrand! If I could give 0 starts I would.

I called asking if they had a certain stove in stock. Glenn told me they did that if we wanted to purchase it I should call back because it was sitting behind some other ones. I called back and spoke to another gentleman and told him we would be coming down on Friday to purchase it. He said ok that I did not need to talk to Glenn. When we went to pick it up, Glenn was not very friendly and said that I was to call. I said I did call and spoke to another guy. They really should have better customer service.

My husband bought a PelPro pellet stove the end of August last year. We had to have it installed and set up everything to meet the code enforcement officers requirements. By the time this was finally done it was the end of October. We started using the pellet stove because we were wood burning people for years but now that we are in are middle 60's we wanted something easier to manage. When we start the stove for the first time it was nice but then the pin broke shortly thereafter. I called the place where we bought it and they said we just sell them you'll have to call the manufacturer. I did and they said that it was probably a pellet stuck and kept trying to turn the auger and broke the pin. Well this pin has broke 5 times since we started using it. Each time I have to fix it because my husband is not a healthy man and can't do it. I am 66 and on the floor trying to match up the hole to put a new pin in. This takes me an hour or so to do each time. I am disgusted that what we thought would be a great heating, no trouble system ended up being the worst an elderly couple should deal with. Nobody wants to replace the stove, it's pure disgusting. I do not recommend buying a stove manufactured from this company

I have a new p35i. After three and one half months I have a technical problem. My first experience is that Harman Stove.has absolutely no support. No help line. No chat support...nothing. everything and I mean everything goes through the dealer.if you live in a rural location think long and hard before buying a product that the manufacturer rejects any support for the product they mnufacture.
