  I had a 30 year old builder’s grade wood burning fireplace converted to a gas insert. Marvin and his team made the process easy by educating me on my options and helping me choose one that will be the centerpiece of our living space for years to come. His entire team including Ben and Josh were friendly and knowledgeable. Initially I had an issue with my shroud through no fault of Hearth & Home and they handled the warranty replacement seamlessly with the manufacturer. You can’t go wrong with these guys. Also their recommended electrician was courteous and competitively priced.

  We just had two jobs by H&H. The first was major as they inserted a 5" flue pipe into our 8" square exhaust flue form our two basement furnaces. The second was a thorough cleaning of our artificial Gas fireplace logs with proper stacking and glow-bed replacement. We are so enjoying our fireplace again. We've been customers for a long time and they have never disappointed us.

  Had a gas insert installed…work was fine…appointments fine. Very easy to deal with. Here’s the five star thing. They dented up our gutters getting up to the roof to work on the chimney. When I pointed it out, they came back to our house, measured the gutter, and installed a new one on the day they finished installing our insert. They didn’t give me a hard time about any of it. Owning the mistake and making it right tells me what they’re all about. Highly recommended.
