We were absolutely impressed with the service from Hearth & Heating. We had a very unique (older) fireplace that made for a rather tricky install. Kelly (showroom) was extremely helpful in choosing the right gas insert and deciding on the options. She was very patient as we kept going back and forth among the potential choices. The owner (Steve) was great about coming up with a tailored plan to make things work in our situation. He was very focused on making sure we would be happy with the final product and worked with us to make the right choices as well as making a custom surround for the unit. Ernie (installer) was very professional, courteous, and skilled at the installation. We went to 3 stores before deciding to use Hearth & Heating and are SO glad we made the right choice. We would highly recommend using them!

We had two services provided by Hearth Heating; both results excellent. We had expanded our second floor and needed the exhaust pipe raised one story with a changed cap. Two other providers promised a fix and then failed to follow through. Hearth Heating provided the solution in short order at a fair price. Second up 18 months later was a failure to start fix on the fireplace. The problem was corrected in short order and similarly charged a very fair price.

They do such a wonderful job! We had our gas fireplace cleaned today. They did such a thorough job cleaning both inside and out, replaced our remote unit that was malfunctioning and even gave us some pointers on helping to circulating the heat better throughout the home. I would recommend them to anyone I know.

Call them first! H&H provided an amazing amount of knowledge and service beyond any expectations. We needed service on a propane fireplace and they did an amazing job cleaning and fixing an issue the other company we had used missed. I highly recommend this outstanding company.

Was in a pinch today and needed a part for my englander stove. Called multiple places prior to reaching out to hearth and was told they either didn't have the part or just didn't answer or call back. Called hearth and not only did they have the part at reasonable price, they were super helpful and knowledgeable. 10/10 will use again and will call when I'm shopping another unit. Thank you guys!
