  Exceptional Service from Caleb at Hearth Healers. I cannot recommend Caleb highly enough. He came to fix our gas fireplace and exceeded every expectation. Caleb was punctual and from the moment he arrived, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and walked us through everything he was doing. He answered all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed. I was especially touched by how kind, respectful, and patient Caleb was with my 98-year-old mother. He took the time to make sure she understood what was happening and treated her with such genuine care and consideration - something that meant the world to both of us. What really impressed me was Caleb's integrity - he actively looked for ways to keep our costs down rather than upselling unnecessary services. He also provided helpful suggestions for maintaining the fireplace going forward. His attention to detail was remarkable. Not only did he fix the fireplace perfectly, but he went above and beyond with cleanup. He vacuumed meticulously and left the area cleaner than when he arrived - something you rarely see from service technicians. When I need fireplace service in the future, I will absolutely request Caleb specifically. If you need fireplace service, ask for Caleb at Hearth Healers.   Our gas fireplace crapped out right before we are hosting. Thanksgiving. Caleb and John were fantastic and were able to fit us in on short notice. It was an easy fix but they took the time to answer our questions and give us advice on maintaining our gas fireplace. They did a great job, left no mess and were very friendly and personable. Highly recommend!
