Big shout to John that did me a solid and left my purchased replacement igniter for my Harman pellet stove in the common building mailbox because they were closing and I wouldn’t have been able to get there from Boston Massachusetts until 8pm or so with traffic. I have been doing business at Hearth Deigns for years, to purchase parts and get advice for my Harman insert. We recently purchased a new P-63 Harman and had John and his crew install it in our home. There are other similar businesses closer, but none are as friendly, competent, and professional as Hearth Designs. We highly recommend them.
