  Our experience with Hearth and Home Solutions was all of 5 star and better. Their field installer Ryan Good was tremendous. From protecting floors before starting work all the way thru the installation and final clean up his efforts were all top shelf. Our excellent experience started with the communications from Amber and their office during the estimating process all the way thru to final installation. Excellent service and top quality work.

  Absolutely fantastic and professional job, start to finish! Jason knew exactly what would work in the room (we were replacing a 30+ yr old gas fireplace). The installers were quick and friendly. So happy to have a beautiful fire for Christmas! Will definitely recommend!

  Work done by tech to replace our gas fireplace pilot assembly was great, but we received an estimate of repairs after his 1st visit($306), they ordered the part (knowing the price at estimate), and charged us when he came back for a total of $493. Not up front with the charges and overpriced in my opinion. 3 hours of labor total, at $125/hour?!!
