  Very impressed and pleased with my H&H experience. When I’ve spoken with the sales team, always very informative, respectful, and kind. When the team arrived for installation of my two log sets, same service. They were both friendly, respectful and quickly performed the jobs; they even took the empty boxes with them when they left. I am very satisfied with the service as well as the cost. Although this type of service has become more of the exception, it is what I expect and I am very happy with my Hearth and Home experience, well done!

  Very easy to schedule the service and the technician arrived and started right away. Did a great job cleaning and vacuum the pieces completely. He wiped down the stones and repositioned them in a pleasantly appealing manner. He tested the mechanism and cleaned up everything. I was able to pay for the service before he left and he provided a digital receipt. I highly recommend this company for fireplace inserts service, even if you purchased your insert from another store. I know you will be happy with their work.
