Dave and the team has been excellent. There were some minor issues as expected with anything, however it is how they handled it that made the experience great. They installed the fireplace in a bellow we built ourselves and did all the hookups. They even came back out a few times for minor issues like damaged screen, poor noisy factory fans (they put upgrades in), and to our own unawareness the difference between IPI pilot and CPI. We weren't using CPI - big difference. Highly recommend.

Dave got Me a great screen! Great price and they sent it to SLC with no charge! The old one got burned. Loved the service and the new screen works great.

This is the Fireplace company who put their Hearth and Home Fireplace in my new home 6 years ago. I called the company near me in Orem but transferred me to the Ogden store who does the repairs set up. Dave was nice and set me up with the pictures I sent knowing what parts as needed per model to correct what was going on. They sent out their tech Jim who tested everything and replaced what was needed. He did a thorough job cleaning everything and replaced even the glow ash and cleaned the glass. Everything went great and no mess. They have a large assortment of inside and outside fireplaces and can do the mantels to your liking. What is best about this fireplace is there is a black a screen unseen in front of the glass as a protection to stop bad burns to a visiting child as i have seen kids burnt from other glass front fireplaces. You can also get a 2 DD batteries and put them their holder to ignite the burner system. Whats great is when the power goes out, the 2 batteries will make a spark and you then have heat for your your home. Great Looks and Safety Company.
