  A technician comes to my house and tells me the wall plug is bad for the gas igniter, he says he will have to order one. That little bit cost over $100 for him to come out and tell me that, he did not perform any other service. He needed the new plug to finish his cleaning/inspection. Over a week goes by and I hear nothing about the plug that I bet he got on Amazon. Finally, on a Friday I was told that the following Saturday the technician would stop at the house and see if the cord works. Then on that Saturday the same technician from the previous visit calls to give me a heads up he is stopping by. In fact, the technician says “I will stop by and try the plug if you want me to”. I said, “well, if you don’t mind”. The technician then said “well, I mind, but I will stop by”. At this point I should have told him to forget it. But, I gave him another chance. He stops by and the new plug works, igniter works, but he refuses to do anymore maintenance because he said I need new logs for the fireplace. He then started rambling on about how it would be illegal for him to turn the fireplace on with the condition of the logs. I also call bs, I was his last stop on a Saturday, no wonder my logs needed replaced! Yes, I acknowledge that the logs were is poor condition, but he told me at the first visit he could make the logs work. Then, on the day he doesn’t want to be at my house, which he admitted to on the phone, he all of a sudden decided that the logs need replaced? Well, more than a week goes by and we call and ask about if they were able to find new logs. The office politely told us that they were unable to find logs and that they weren’t going to be able to service the fireplace anymore. I call BS, there are replacement logs for my fireplace, it’s not that old! The point of the story is unfortunately from the very beginning its clear they did not want my business! During both visits, the technician mentioned multiple times how busy he was.during both visits, I felt like I was an annoyance to him. It was a horrible experience and I will share my story with anybody who needs any kind of fireplace work done, there are plenty of other fireplace services in the area!

  I have been dreaming of a fireplace renovation for a long time. Jonathan took my vision and made it come to life. He was so easy to work with, he truly listened to what I wanted and was very respectful of our home. His wife and cousin even cleaned our floors and put our furniture back in place. It was above and beyond what I expected and am in love with my living room! A special shoutout to @ilse.interior.finishings for all their help as well. All I can say is wow!   Jonathan patiently helped us weigh our options for replacing our outdated built-in fireplace. He priced various options and helped us understand the pros and cons of each. We ended up choosing a high-efficiency wood stove... something we hadn't even considered! We love how it looks, and we are looking forward to paying our gas bills this winter!!!

  Could not be more satisfied with the service. Jonathan was very responsive via email and text, he arrived early, he was extremely polite and friendly, he worked very quickly, was very informative, and he got my fireplace fully serviced and back up and running all for a very reasonable price. He also accepted card payment which was very convenient. Would definitely do business with him again, and highly recommend him!
