Our pilot blew out on our ventless fireplace. We called around to see if we could get a technician to get our fireplace. The Hamilton fireplace shop on Summer ave recommended Brandon Morton. I called left a message he returned my call and asked a few questions and said he could work us in his scedule. He came to our home a few hours later and he did fix our fireplace. Brandon was very professional, kept his work place clean and left after he had fixed our issue. We recommend Brandon Morton to fix gas fireplaces.

PHENOMENAL!! This place is a massive behemoth of grilling, fireplace, and patio furniture stuff. They have everything you can imagine. Everything for your fireplace from the mantle to the log grates to the protective spark screens. Everything for your grill - Big Green Egg dealer like a boss!! And they have tons and tons of patio furniture including umbrellas for tables. I stopped in today to get some firebrick for my smoker. I use them for heat mass while smoking barbecue. Exceptional service from Jamie and Darrell today. The guys know how to take care of eod you.

Our gas fireplace insert was so gummed up we had to replace it. After searching high and low for a replacement that was the right size and had a millivolt gas valve, we finally decided to stop by Hamilton's. I found exactly what I needed and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint (and thus the loss of a star) is that their prices are really high. But if you need something fireplace or patio-related, this is definitely the place to look-- especially if you're having trouble finding what you're looking for elsewhere.

Scooter gave the absolute best customer service!!!!! He is very knowledgeable and patient. I was a little timid about coming here after reading the reviews...I'm so glad I came to experience it for myself!!!!
