  Went to Hamilton Parker Outlet to get ideas to turn my standard fireplace surround into a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The game changer was recommending a contractor who could do this. Dan with Pescado Stone and his team worked with me to incorporate a family heirloom fireplace screen and end irons into the fire box and to build a stunning fireplace surround that blended with the aesthetics of my home. It all came together and was beyond my expectations - and at a fair price. Highly recommend HP and Pescado Stone for custom stone and fireplace work!

  Great place, good people, and excellent service. I purchased a custom garage door from another company, that arrived minus some critical parts and the installation instructions. With Hamilton Parkers employees vast knowledge and expertise, I was able to get said missing parts and some tips. Very thankful for their help. Top notch service.

  I am absolutely blown away by Hamilton Parker Outlet in Delaware, Ohio. This is a hidden gem for anyone looking for high quality and design tile and masonry at astonishing outlet pricing. Hamilton Parker Outlet also has garage doors, fireplaces, outdoor living, and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) at regular retail prices. Only the tile and masonry are outlet prices (excluding LVT). The showroom is a bit smaller than I had imagined, but the selection of tiles is impressive. If you are a first time visitor to Hamilton Parker Outlet, I highly recommend speaking with Kelli, Tile Design Consultant, regarding pricing questions and the quantity available for any tile that catches your eye. Kelli, and Kasi who works at the front desk, have been incredible to work with. They are very knowledgeable and the customer service they provided me was outstanding. Jason who works in the warehouse and loads orders for customers is awesome, too. One entire wall of contains approximately 150 different tile designs that are high quality and truly beautiful. I can honestly say that I would gladly decorate my home with any/all of the tiles on display. I like every tile I see, so if the word Outlet leads you to believe that the tile selection and quality is less than perfect, I'm pleased to say that every tile is beautiful. Best of all, each tile contains a color coded sticker. Items with a pinkish red sticker are 40% off of retail prices, green sticker items are 60% off, and yellow sticker items are 80% off. There is also a small corner of the showroom where some of the yellow stickers have a black line/slash through the middle. Yellow stickers with a slash are items that are a dollar per sq ft. There were also several great tiles that were marked down to 50 cents per sq ft. If you are looking for tile, you MUST visit Hamilton Parker Outlet in Delaware!

  Excellent outlet for affordable tile and stone, and even better employees who are knowledgeable and friendly. Brenda’s expertise was invaluable helping us select a beautiful fireplace mantle and stone combination. The install crew was incredible from initial measurements of a tough corner setup to final product. Hamilton Parker was outstanding.
