Had a window crack in a new construction home. Ken contacted me quickly to set up an appointment to look at it and ended up getting it done the same day since he brought the parts with him. Had it done in 15 minutes with no mess. Super nice and personable as well.

The Trex decking vendor Hackmann uses has very poor quality control. I've had orders that get delivered and are unusable. They are scratched and look like they were dragged through a gravel lot. Recently I had several boards in the order that had color streaks running through them. Had to wait over 2 weeks for replacements 😡 I highly suggest looking at every deck board as soon as it is delivered.

I have visited this store many times for Hardware... Excellent staff and I like them a lot. This trip (and note my review on Menards), I really like this store. They have staff that really want to make your visit the best and they take care of the customer without any issues. In my opinion their service is 2 nd to none. Friendly Staff that want to assist... Unlike other places that I have visited in the pasted. The guy that helped in the lumber department was well knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and Understanding to what I was trying to do. I wish that I have visited this store first... Would have Saved a lot of time and most certainly a headache!
