From the Dawn of ages, man has always had a fascination with fire, and I am one. The unfortunate part for me was I was stranded like many cave men before me who just couldn’t get the fire going. I did what most other caveman wouldn’t do. I called H2Oasis. Some people would have tried for hours and days trying to see create one small flame, but I was smart enough to know not to try to reinvent the wheel because I had a cave family who wanted heat. If you find yourself in Rockford, Sparta, Greenvillle, Cedar Springs or any north Kent area and need your gas electric fireplace serviced I would highly recommend them. I have included the before and after photo. Ron, Theresa, and Lucas were the best to work with. If I ever get irrigation installed it will be from them. Stay warm and enjoy the hearth!

We bought a new house a few years ago but struggled to get someone out to service our gas fireplace insert. My wife met Pat and then Ron followed up and within a couple weeks we had our unit cleaned, added a blower and remote thermostat. Everyone at H2Oasis has been prompt, courteous and moved with great speed to meet our needs. Theresa on the inside was fabulous and Lukas performed the field work flawlessly and beyond expectations. I’d had two other companies out to look at my gas fireplace and got some pretty extreme recommendations. One said replace the whole unit, another said tear apart the chimney, along with demolishing part of my home. Then I called H2O Oasis. Lucas and Steve took one look, figured out the real issue before even taking anything apart, had it fixed in about an hour, and save me $10k. They were friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. It’s a huge relief to finally have it working. Not only will I be calling them for anything fireplace related, but I’ll also be calling them for anything else they possibly do.
