The reviews speak for themselves. This is a subsidized housing unit, so you have to roll with the punches. There are several things you shouldn't have to experience while living in an apartment complex, but here, I can guarantee you will have to endure severe issues.

Worst place you wanna live. They have no renters insurance, they don’t fix things, they expect you to fix or replace things in your house that their maintenance are supposed to and NO they do not reimburse you for what you’ve fixed or replace. I would not even rent over there again. Prospect is one sneaky place and so are the people.
