We had an amazing experience with this family-owned fireplace company. We ordered a metal facing piece for our client that looks gorgeous. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helped us to choose the perfect color.

Reynaldo was very great with communication & made sure he got exactly what I was looking for at a great price point within my budget. They installed a brand new grill in time to surprise my husband for our anniversary. We are extremely happy and excited to use this! They even removed & disposed of our old rusted one. We can’t recommend Greenforest enough!

I had a rough concept for a 2-sided fireplace for our 100+ year old home. I went to the store and Rey (Jr) helped me look at options and assured us they could handle all aspects of the job - not just installing the fireplace but also the stone work, gas lines, and help with the design. Reynaldo (Sr) came to the house and we discussed the options (only a $95 fee). We decided on a plan and then placed the order for the first phase of work (fireplace installation and buildout of mantels). They quoted a firm price and kept to it even though there were some changes/ challenges along the way. Their requests for payments along the way were very reasonable. During the work, we made adjustments to the design based on our preferences and their suggestions regarding the exact location, where it would turn, etc. It was very helpful having the design process be so interactive as the work was being done. The workers were all very polite (and wore masks at all times (Covid precautions)) and cleaned up the area well at the end of each day of work. After the first phase was done, we then decided on which stone to use (again, with some help from Reynaldo Sr), trying to get two different looks for the different sides of the fireplace. That installation went well. In the first installation, a side panel of the fireplace insert was slightly damaged and they replaced that no problem when they completed the stone. They also completed the electrical relocation (and added two new outlets for new sconces) and the relocation of the gas lines as part of their scope. They also recommended a contractor to complete the walls we opened to complement the fireplace. Overall, we are very happy with the process, the cost, and the quality of the work. It was great to work with one group who took responsibility for the entire scope of work and not have to organize between different companies. Below are two before pictures and two after pictures of the two rooms (living room and dining room) that share the 2-way fireplace. The fireplace (gas ventfree) provides a lot of warmth and has been a game changer for the winter as that part of the house was hard to get warm previously.

Very happy with ventless gas fireplace installed by Raynaldo Sr and his able assistant. He checks out the fireplace annually.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Rey was timely, communicative, patient and clean. Within an hour we were back up and running with a new fireplace.
