Totally rude. Hung up on me before I had the chance to ask my question. I will NOT be spending my money to replace two gas fireplaces with them.

I dealt with Sarah throughout this process of purchasing my first gas stove (Kozy Heat Birchwood) and I definitely enjoyed working with her. She is very knowledgeable both in sales and technical Installation; I also really liked that this was her family business, as I am in a family business as well. They worked within my budget and the guys that did the Installation did a really great job. Very clean, nice quality work. I would definitely work with Sarah and her team again.

Excellent display and service. We drove several hours to be able to see the beautiful RAIS fireplaces on display. The showroom did not disappoint and Sarah was most helpful explaining all the details of the gas fireplace we are interested in. She is very knowledgeable and we can now feel comfortable making a decision. The fireplace will be in the center of our new construction home so it is an important part of our design. I would highly recommend a visit to this store if you are considering purchasing a fireplace.Thank you Sarah!

We have been helped in the purchase of a gas fireplace unit, by both well-informed sales people and technicians involved in delivery and installation. We made many visits to the store before making the purchase decision, never getting a hint that our visits were considered too many. And when the delivery arrived, our contractor had not made adequate advance preparations. The employees delivering, and at the store, were pleasant to us after that experience, and worked to resolve things well. We appreciated them going the extra mile.
