  I have purchased a pellet furnace from Green Energy and more recently a pellet stove. Everyone has been great to work with, answering my questions, and solving any issues that came up. Damian is the best! He has really been fantastic, coming to the rescue whenever help was needed.

  I went to Keene store in October 2025 and wanted to buy a Harman pellet or a Jotul wood stove to replace existing VC stove. Talked to owner Pablo and set up November 11 appointment for him visit house and see existing installation so he could provide pricing and recommendation for pellet stove vs wood stove. He arrived over an hour late and I still haven’t received any pricing or any other communication from him. Since then I’ve called and emailed multiple times with no response from him. His staff just tells me he is very busy and will return my call. Now I’m going to miss out on efficiency rebates that expire end of year. Pretty disappointed with his lack of any communication. He should be embarrassed running a business like this.

  We wanted to put in a pellet stove insert in our existing wood burning fireplace for many years. We thought it would be too expensive to do, so we researched for a while, and even considered putting it in ourselves. The furnace in our house died and instead of replacing that and relying on oil for heat, we took the leap and decided to put in the pellet stove. BEST decision we ever made! On a whim, I stopped in at Green Energy Options and was shocked to find out how reasonable their pricing was! It would cost the same amount of money to purchase everything we needed and install by ourselves as it would to have Green Energy Options do the project for us. The sales staff is so friendly and knowledgeable with their products, they helped us pick out exactly what we would need and it fit right into our budget. I cannot say enough good stuff about the install crew! James and his staff were so professional, very friendly, and explained everything so well to us. They were so clean- the first crew I’ve ever had that left the workspace cleaner than when they got there. I highly recommend Green Energy Options for any project you are considering!

  I came in to try and get some parts to fix my stove, cash in hand. While I was there I started talking to one of the technicians. After speaking with them, not only did they talk me out of the sale, which was for a substantial amount of money, but they gave me instructions on how to fix the stove for absolutely free. These guys are amazing, they really care about what they're doing, and they're focused on helping and serving their community.
