I purchased a Workhorse Pits 1975 smoker from Great Lakes Grills about a year ago. People at the time were waiting 8 months for one of those smokers to get built and delivered - I got mine the next day. The Great Lakes Grills people delivered it and got it onto my patio, doing the minimal installation and ensuring I was 100% satisfied before leaving. That pit weighs almost 1,000 lbs, so having them go the extra mile to ensure total satisfaction was greatly appreciated. Great Lakes Grills has a great selection of smokers, as well as grills and basically anything else you might cook on outdoors. Your big name stores tend to sell crap, so it is nice to have a place that focuses on quality. THANK YOU Great Lakes Grills!!

I found this store after my more local grill store closed. Great store with great customer service and variety of grilling and outdoor cooking products. I go here primarily for smoking pellets, but the variety of grills here is amazing and listening to him sell grills to other customers while I shopped, I could tell he is knowledgeable, and not pushy. Great store that I recommend to anyone looking for a new grill or grilling accessories.

Grill arrived scratched, missing a bracket and 2 bolts. Had to drive out to store for replacement parts. I was accused by the owner of lying about missing parts. Very poor customer service. Wouldn’t buy from here again.

I love the Napoleon grill that I purchased from Great Lakes Grills! But, more importantly, the service provided by Bob and his crew (Luke and Jeff) is OUTSTANDING! They are knowledgeable and helpful and take care of their customers. I would recommend them to anyone interested in getting a new grill. Thanks, guys.

Great grill, smoker, and accessories store. Large selection of natural gas and propane grills on site. Lots of accessories also available. They also offer pellet grills and some high end traditional offset Smokers that are excellent quality. Staff was very helpful discussing options and warranties to let the customer decide what fit their personal needs most. They also have a cool pellet program, every 200lbs of pellets bought will get you a free 20lb bag. Good for high frequency Smokers.
