  We had an excellent experience with Graves Fireplace and would highly recommend them. While shopping for a new fireplace, we visited three different fireplace stores in the area, and two felt very high-pressure from the start. Graves was a refreshing contrast. Jimmy took the time to listen to what we were looking for and guided us to the right solution without any pressure at all. We replaced an old, unattractive wood-burning stove with a built-in gas log fireplace, and the transformation is dramatic. Although the masonry work was done separately, the Graves installation team handled everything related to the fireplace itself—connecting the gas line, electrical, blower, remote, and log set—and the workmanship was excellent from start to finish. A small part was damaged during delivery, and Graves returned promptly to replace it; the issue was handled effortlessly and without any hassle. The fireplace looks beautiful, works perfectly, and the double mantles are ideal for seasonal decorating. From sales through installation and follow-up, our experience with Graves Fireplace was professional, smooth, and genuinely positive.

  We decided to replace our builders grade gas log fireplace and talked to Chris at Graves Fireplaces Inc. Cumming Ga. Chris was very helpful to us in making the right selection. Chris came with Austin to do the install and did an excellent job. Very friendly and professional and left our house as if no one was here. We would highly recommend Chris and his team, they go the extra mile.

  I hired Graves Fireplace to install a remote-control gas pilot in my keeping room fireplace, and unfortunately, I’ve had ongoing issues with it ever since. Over the past three years, I’ve had to call for maintenance every year—each visit costing over $200. I also have another gas fireplace in my living room that was not installed by Graves Fireplace, and it has never had a single issue, which makes it clear the problem lies with the unit they installed. When I called their office and asked if they could review my file to check whether the control box might be defective, I was told they didn’t have time to look into it. The customer service was extremely disappointing. However, the technician who came to my home was very polite and professional. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Graves Fireplace and will not be using them for any future service needs.

  New build, Graves has a relationship with my builder. 2 - fireplaces, one inside and a two-sided one outside. Ordered, paid in advance. It took 6 months to come in, meanwhile they gave my builder the spec. Order arrived and they ordered the incorrect fireplace for the outside. They reordered - it was going to take another 4 months, I asked for a discount and they basically told be that I was being unreasonable and if I wanted a refund that I could go someplace else. I asked to talk to management - I could hear him in the background telling the receptionist to tell me to talk to my builder. I continued to push - the money I paid them cost 5% from the bank - why aren’t they paying the interest? They basically said deal with it or cancel the order and that it takes the same amount of time for all to order so that I would cause further delay. Hey graves - have you ever heard of the Internet? Within 1.5 weeks the new fireplace was delivered to my front door. But wait there is more - the installer installed the gas assist on in the house with out a cap on the end and left the gas on. After the plumbers finished with everything - they turned the gas on to the house to test the hot water heaters. I came in the next morning - the house was full of Gas. Lucky it did not blow up. I could smell the gas as I was pulling down the street. AND there’s more - the specs that they idiot sales person gave to the builder - all wrong. It cost another $2k to reframe, tile and finish. Mr. Graves would be ashamed to see what his business has turned into.
