This team is so knowledgeable and friendly! They are top notch for service, pricing and trust. They are personable and easy to work with. There is no pressure or sales pitch. We picked out our fireplace from their showroom and 2 weeks later we are already enjoying it in our home. Jon installed it perfectly in about 1 hour. He was there when he said he would be and he was courteous. He trained us and gave us pointers for our new fireplace. We even bought our FP screen from them too! Great selection!!

Excellent service from start to finish. I just moved into a nearly 100 year old home. They first set me up with an excellent chimney repair person then walked me through the process of getting a ventless installed. Didn’t rush me at any step of the process. Jon Burns installed and thoroughly explained what he was doing. He explained next steps, maintenance, and answered all my questions including how to clean my stone. Can’t recommend these guys more.

Jon Burns was the installer and completed the installation in just a few hours! Jon went over all the details of the fireplaces. And when we had a question about the pilot, Doug swung by the house to go over it with us.
