As a business we take a great deal of pride in treating people with patience, respect and being there to answer all questions and offer guidance long after the purchase is made. We look for these same attributes when we are making a purchase. When it comes to these same qualities, Granville Stone and Hearth does not disappoint! We decided to put in a new patio and thought it would be fun to do the project ourselves. Although we had never done this type of project before, the folks at Granville made the job a hundred times easier than it could have been. Justin, the store manager, was there for us every step of the way, always taking our phone calls and always happy to offer his expert advice. From the first swipe of our credit card to the last stone laid and beyond, Granville's customer service has been five star. If you have a project, don't think twice about putting your trust in these folks. You won't be disappointed.

Great quality stoves. Have purchased several items including a regency stove with air mate they warranted my stove for a defect with a new one. However the biggest complaint I have is the service on the stove. Wrong parts and length of time to replace them. However I’m warm today.

I hate to leave negative reviews, especially for local businesses, but I I thought it was important to share my comments to possibly help others. I’m happy to provide more details for anyone who is interested, but in short, the communication with this company is terrible. if I didn’t continually contact them, I don’t know if anything ever would’ve gotten done.
