Our fireplace had issues burning out after about 5 min, so we went to the store to possibly get quotes for a new fireplace. Tracey was working and was very pleasant and helpful. What was impressive is that she did not try to upsell us, but instead suggested a cleaning instead. Within a week, a technician, Triston, came out and cleaned it within an hour. Our fireplace is working like new, and we couldn’t be happier with G&B. Highly recommend!

Jaclyn hands down has the best customer service, going above and beyond with quick, helpful information and assistance. When other local block companies wouldn't even talk to us for our small project (2 brick columns for the front of our house) due to order minimums... Jaclyn found a way with a split pallet from the factory. The last piece to our house build was completed thanks to Jaclyn when no one else would and our house project would have been at a stand still.
