we bought two fireplace inserts seven years ago going on eight from glowing embers and had a problem in the last two weeks that one of them wouldn’t stay lit. So I called today to get a service, and not only was the person on the phone I spoke to professional, but also offered simple advice for a fix before they sent somebody out here and charged us. And low and behold, the simplest thing was the fix. Great quality, great service, professional, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. finding a good company is hard today, and this is one of the true hidden gems in Northeast Connecticut.

I would love to give a great review but it is impossible. I visited Glowing Embers the end of November 2022. I brought photos and discussed what i wanted for a three season porch. Our home has a outdated gas fireplace and it needs to be replaced. My information was taken and i was assured of a call to set up an appointment, the following week. After a month of calling each week, i was promised a call each time. None! Nothing! Have some common courtesy as a business owner and call me. If you don’t want the business tell me. So sad to see two other names of people i know from my town, who were also disappointed.

A+ store! Fair pricing, and REALLY good service. They have a great supply of various brands, and answered all of our many questions. We bought an enviro fireplace insert which we love. They helped us from picking out the unit, to quickly setting up very highly qualified installers who were extremely professional. If you are looking for great service, go here....
